I was taken on as a patient when Dr. Wainwright retired and could not possibly have found a more caring, kind, compassionate doctor. Glad to have found a doctor young enough that she will hopefully be my last, but old enough to have the wisdom that comes with experience

Beyond terrible, not sympathetic at all. Her receptionist starts you off with a very bad experience, very rude. Stay away if possible.

I find this doctor to listen to my concerns and take the time to address them - I do not feel rushed ever. I was with my former MD over 25 years so the adjustment was hard - Dr. A had been very understanding and compassionate. As for the staff - always helpful. They are very busy. Give them respect and you will get it back.

She needs a new receptionist! Christine is the rudest person to deal with. She is like a freaking robot!!!!! No matter when I call that office for an appointment, I'm told to go to their walk in clinic. Her nurse Stephanie is very unpredictable. Sometimes she is ok, other times she is like Christine. I guess that attitude projects from the top! I don't know why people have jobs that deal with people when they have no personality for it.
