This doctor is absolutly amazing at dealing with addiction treatments and is extremly nice and welcoming to new patients i highly recommend him to anyone.

If you have him as your doctor, you are extremely lucky. He is very nice, smart and helpful. Never judges. As for the person with sweating I am sure you are probably getting high right now. He knows this and does not want you to die. You are just being mean because he probably told you the truth which is something you did not want to hear. It is such a shame that people can not look at the big picture. You give us addicts such a bad name that nobody wants to get involved and help.

This is to all the other comments about him. How is being nice & funny and "making you forget why you're there" any help? He needs to know that I'm sweating day in and day out. How can I forget it when I'm the one living with it?! He doesn't even know that sweating is one of the side effects of methadone!! I just don't know what to do now about staying on methadone. He says to reduce my dose. Oh great, then what, possibly use again? I don't know what to do and he won't help me and he's denying that it IS the methadone causing the sweats. Not very nice.

Dr. Bawa is a nice doctor and is very understanding. I only wish he was available more often. that is my only complaint
